I tend to look for art that jumps right off the page and "speaks" to me, and these two pieces definitely did that! The colors mesh well with the rest of the space, but they're not matchy-matchy.Sculptural table lamps add uniqueness to your living room. The live edge wood coffee table is a bit of a splurge, but it's balanced out by other less expensive pieces, don't worry! It's definitely unique, and adds something organic and special to the room, don't you think?įinally, the art. The floor lamp is super affordable too - you'll never believe where it's from! I like how they complement each other and bring out the eclectic look I wanted. I chose two very different lamps for this design - a black and brass floor lamp and a rattan table lamp. It's made of polypropylene though, so it's great for high traffic areas! I love that it has knotted threads on the ends to give it a more authentic look. The vintage style blue and red rug is so fun and bring a lot of color and pattern to this living room. ![]() I love how they don't look like traditional recliners, yet give you the option of laying back and putting your feet up when you want to truly relax. I love each of the individual pieces I chose for this week's look, but seeing them all together in this one room makes for a pretty stellar combination! You could probably also classify this one as "cozy modern." It has a little bit of a lot of things in it - even a hint of industrial! Whatever you want to call it, this is a peek into what I might do today if I was redesigning the living room in our home.įirst though, let's take a look at the inspiration images I chose for this design.
